Global disease impact study

Thank you to you and your child for taking the time to complete these questionnaires. Through these questions we are hoping to highlight the true impact alopecia areata has on patients and their family.

You and your child are being asked to take part in our research project, 'Alopecia & US'. The study will be looking at the psychological impact of alopecia areata on adolescents (people aged 12-17) and their family.

We will first ask some routine questions about your child's alopecia followed by 6 surveys. We expect the survey will take 20 minutes to complete.
